The location was great - it offered a peaceful and quiet environment. The décor was exceptional, and the surrounding area was breathtaking. their breakfast served was satisfactory.
The staff could have been more helpful and welcoming to non-German guests. We struggled with poor communication due to the staff not speaking English well, and there were no English menus or instructions.

The hotel is situated in a lovely scenic area that's perfect for walks and ideal for nature lovers. The breakfast was good and offered a decent variety. The decor and furnishings gave the hotel a cozy ambiance.
The beds were uncomfortable and the pillows lumpy, making it hard to get a good night's sleep. The internet connection was unreliable, which was quite frustrating for me as a business traveler. Additionally, the towels were worn and scratchy, and the cleaners didn't change the bed linens during my stay.
